Scope of Work

  • Develop virtual walk-throughs and spatial animations for institutional client presentations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Animation/Modeling.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer/Designer.

  • Log daily progress data and evidence directly into the COP Portal (Project Tracking layer) for real-time client monitoring.
  • Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
  • Perform rigorous material quality checks and resolve technical on-site anomalies proactively.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction.

  • Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with a spotless driving record.

  • Strong familiarity with routes across Greater Jakarta, Bandung, and surrounding developmental hubs (KBP, etc.).
